Signature Synthetic Turf
1. Overview
At Signature Synthetic Turf, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and professional installation services. Due to the nature of our work, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail products.
2. Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
- If cancellation is requested before materials are ordered or work has begun, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or incurred costs.
3. Deposits
- Deposits are required to secure bookings and cover initial costs.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable if:
- Materials have already been ordered
- Work has been scheduled and confirmed
- In some cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Installed Products
Due to the permanent nature of installation:
- Installed synthetic turf cannot be returned or refunded once the job is completed and approved.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect the work upon completion and raise any concerns immediately.
5. Faulty Workmanship
If you believe there is an issue with workmanship:
- You must notify us within 7 days of installation
- We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, will:
- Repair the affected area, or
- Provide a suitable resolution at our discretion
6. Product Defects
- Any defects in the turf product itself are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We will assist in facilitating claims where applicable.
- This does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use
- External factors (weather, pets, heavy impact, etc.)
- Lack of maintenance
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if approved) may apply only where:
- Services have not yet commenced
- Materials have not been ordered
- There has been a failure to deliver agreed services
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:
- The service is not carried out with due care and skill
- The product is faulty or not as described
9. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work
- Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fees
